Process

From a qualified listing to a chosen partner

Voltaic is deliberately narrow. It helps a project owner publish a qualified rooftop solar opportunity, and helps solar partners signal capability. It does not host pricing, bidding, awards or contracts.

1. Publish a qualified opportunity

Project owners work through a seven-step wizard that captures the information solar partners actually need to assess a rooftop.

  • Site, roof and structural characteristics
  • Annual consumption and operating schedule
  • Preferred commercial model and optional storage
  • Privacy settings applied before anything is visible

2. Qualification review

Each listing passes a review step that checks completeness and flags quality issues before the opportunity becomes visible on the marketplace.

  • Automated completeness flags on missing data
  • Reviewer notes returned to the owner
  • Approve, request changes or reject

3. Expressions of interest

Solar partners submit a short, non-binding expression of interest with a capability statement. There is no bidding and no price submission.

  • Organization and participant type
  • Capability statement and contact preference
  • Explicit consent to controlled disclosure

4. Controlled disclosure

The owner reviews interests and decides who receives further detail. Identity, address and detailed data stay withheld until the owner releases them.

  • Acknowledge, request disclosure or close
  • Owner remains in control at every step
  • Engagement continues off-platform on the owner's terms
